The assault resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
