President Donald Trump stated on Sunday that he has asked the relatives of a National Guard member fatally shot last week to come to the White House.

She conducted herself with quiet strength, a bright grin and a upbeat demeanor that inspired those around her,” the principal, the head of her previous school, stated to the Associated Press. “She was sweet, compassionate and always ready to help others.”

“She had a lot of kindness and she certainly had courage,” he addressed the audience at the vigil. “Though her time was cut short, she has created a legacy that’s going to be remembered always.”
