Fantastic $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the complete package carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.
The Main Attraction
The standout feature is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.
An imaginative landscape chart created using the CC3+ software platform.
Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.
Complete Collection
Starting at thirty dollars, the comprehensive package contains these components:

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, plus numerous additional tools and content enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose their donation amount in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an "Adjust Donation" drop-down just below that, allowing you to adjust the distribution percentage goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
